Baby shrimp with pink sauce

Today I feel seafood, but in the same time I like something different.....
So I make this shrimp with pink sauce.
In Italy we use pink sauce for French fries, so why not for my fish!
The ingredient are:
1 cup baby shrimp
1 tbsp chopped jalapeño
3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup mayo
5 tbsp ketchup
4 endive leaf
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes, rinse under cold water until cold.
Drain.
In bowl whisk all the ingredient. Add the shrimp Nd combine all together.
After that put the seafood on endive leef, garnish w parsley and 1 cherry tomato in the middle.
