Spicy hummus

Hi, today after work I decide to make something healthy... Hummus, is very good for you. Yummy!!!!
The ingredient are:
1 yellow pepper
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup tahini

Let star to make this hummus....
Put all the ingredient on food processor,
After that fill the yellow pepper .
Toast same pita with same olive oil on. And ready to enjoy this recipe.

Creamy veggie dip

Hi, my friends...
Today I make something very good, healthy and easy to do.
The ingredient are:

2 cup baby spinach
1 cup stalk celery, chopped
1 cup carrot
1 scallions
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp garlic
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
4 ounce cream cheese
1 cup chips, finely crushed
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Row vegetables, for serving

1. Combine the spinach, celery, carrot, scallions., garlic and parsley in a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.
2. Add the sour cream, mayo and cream cheese and pulse to combine. Add the crushed chips and pulse a few more times until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Serve with vegetables.

Stuffed French toast

Hi,Today, I decide to make special breakfast for my family.. I did " stuffed blueberry French toast".
Yummy!!!!!

The ingredient are:
1 package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts
2 slice wheat bread
2 eggs
1 cup powder sugar

1 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Fresh blueberry( optional)
Slice banana (optional)
1. In a small mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, powder sugar, blueberry, 1 tsp vanilla until fluffy.Stir in nuts; set aside. 2. I n a medium mixing bowl beat together the eggs, whipping cream, cinnamon and the 1/2 tsp vanilla.Using tongs, dip the filled bread slices into the egg mixture.Cook on a lightly greased griddle over medium heat about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.3. Drizzle the syrup over hot French toast.Garnish with fresh blueberry, nuts , few slice banana and powder sugar.

Panettone( bread pudding)

Hi , I need sweet stuff today so for this reason I decide to make a special dessert...
I love bread pudding and I still have same panettone for Christmas so today I will use that. Is very easy recipe and everybody love this dessert....
The ingredient are:
1 medium slice panettone
2 egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powder sugar

Preheat oven 375
Cook for 30 / 40 minutes

Lobster dip

Today I decide to make lobster dip... Is very easy recipe and very delicious , you can serve with same cracker or pita .
The ingredient are:

7 once lobster meat, drained and flaked
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
8 once cream cheese
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp horseradish ( prepared)

Steam the lobster for 15 minutes,
Cold down and flaked.
In a medium bowl add all the ingredient , after all is combine add the chopped lobster.
Serve.

Healthy seafood

This is an easy way to get omega-3s, fiber,antioxidants.And if you need a carb a
Just add half yam....
The ingredient are:
2 cup any vegetable,cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 garlic clove
Salt, pepper
4 oz tilapia or cod fillet
1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 scallion,
1/4 cup vegetable broth splash dry white wine
Sesame seed
1 lemon wedge

1- preheat oven to 375f.Cover baking sheet with parchment paper; place vegetable and garlic on one end. Season with salt and pepper.
2- place fish on top; brush with soy sauce. Add scallion. Pour on broth and wine. Fold parchment over fish and vegetable. Bake 10 to15 minutes; let cool for 5 minutes
3 -open parchment; sprinkle with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve.

Chocolate chip cookie dough dip

This morning I decide to make this recipe and is very good!!!!! Everybody we have in the house left cookie, so this is great idea , because you can dip !!!!
Yummy,yummy!!!!
I make with chocolate chip on but you can due with no chocolate and maybe I like more.
The ingredient are:

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 pack cream cheese, softened
1 cup powder sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1- whisk the melted butter together with brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl, set aside.
2-in a departed bowl beat cream cheese until softened.Add the butter mixture and the powder sugar, beat until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3- Cool in refrigerator. Serve with your favor cookie or graham crackers.

Baby shrimp with pink sauce

Today I feel seafood, but in the same time I like something different.....
So I make this shrimp with pink sauce.
In Italy we use pink sauce for French fries, so why not for my fish!
The ingredient are:
1 cup baby shrimp
1 tbsp chopped jalapeño
3 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup mayo
5 tbsp ketchup
4 endive leaf
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes, rinse under cold water until cold.
Drain.
In bowl whisk all the ingredient. Add the shrimp Nd combine all together.
After that put the seafood on endive leef, garnish w parsley and 1 cherry tomato in the middle.

Strawberry, Brie bruschetta

Hello my friend ,
We all love snacks, but getting a good one isn't easy. So for this I decide to make " bruschetta".Classic Italian appetizer.I love make this kind " finger food", they are funny and easy and elegant in the same time like you can see in the photo.

The ingredient are:
3 slice baguette,
3 slice French Brie,
1/2 cup fresh strawberry,
1/2 tsp black pepper
Balsamic fig reduction for taste and garnish.

Bread pudding

Hi, this morning I decide to make " bread pudding". Is very easy recipe also is good because you use the old bread, and always we have same in the house.
Preheat the oven 375.
The ingredient are:
2 slice bread( any kind),
1/3 cup chocolate chips,
2 tbsp raisins,
1/2 cup heavy cream,
1/3 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1/2 cup powder sugar,
1 tsp vanilla

In a medium bowl mix all the ingredient,
add the chopped bread,and after that put in a small cake pan, and put in the oven at 375 for 35 minutes.
After the bread pudding is cold, put on plate and add same whipped cream , fresh strawberry and little powder sugar on.

Feta,strawberry,spinach salad

Hi, I am back...today I going to make my favor salad..."feta ,strawberry,spinach" .I love this combination with fruit, cheese and greens.
The ingredient are:
2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped strawberry
1/4 cup slice almond
1/4 cup crumble feta cheese
For the dressing I make " sesame seed ",
Very easy and simple dressing

1 tbsp sesame seed
1 tbsp poppy seed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp white wine vinaigrette
1/4 tbsp paprika
1/4 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp minced onion
Chill this dressing for 1 hours before use

Spring salad

Hi, today after "boot camp" I went home and I make very good and healthy salad, with protein and very good flavor.
The ingredient are:
2 cup mix salad
1/2 cup cucumber
1 tomato cut in wedge
1/8 avocado
5 black olive,3 tbsp black beans
1 egg crumbled
For the dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all together, this salad is balance of carb, good fat and veggie.

Omelette with hash brown

Hi, today I came home and I decide to make for my family same thing different "omelette"
Is always good few eggs....
The ingredient are:
4 eggs
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 slice American cheese
In a medium bowl , beat the eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, pepper.
Bake the omelette 10 minutes or until down and serve.
In the same time you ready cook in salt water the 2 potatoes" al dente" just for few minutes.Cut the potatoes in small piece and put on medium pan; add salt , pepper and 1 tbsp butter, cook till crispy.

Mushroom chicken scaloppine

Hi,how are you?
This morning I was spoke with my mom in Italy and she tell me what she cook last nite.....same good ....!!!"mushroom scaloppine".The recipe is easy, in just 20 minutes you can have good Italian dish.
Usually we use " veal" but today I have only chicken breast in the house so I use that.

The ingredient are:
4 slice chicken breast
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cup chop.Mushroom
1 tbsp chop. Garlic
2 tbsp chop. Parsley
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter

Let start:
over medium heat add : tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter to pan; add garlic, mushroom and cook for 10 minutes or until mushroom are tender; add parsley , heavy cream, salt, pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Place the chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound. Add salt, pepper and put the chicken in the flour.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken to pan; cook 6 minutes, turning light brown on all sides.
Remove the chicken from pan, add the mushroom on, and the remaining chopped parsley on.
