Cannoli dip

I love make dessert, and everyday I am try to make different sweet stuff....

So I decide to do " cannoli dip"

You only need few ingredient:

15 oz. ricotta cheese

8 oz. mascarpone cheese

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips

Mix together e ricotta mascarpone cheese. Fold powder sugar.

In a separate bowl whip heavy cream, add half of heavy cream to the ricotta.  Mix them add the other whip cream and fold until combine.

Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 1-2 tbsp to garnish. Serve with graham crackers or strawberry.
