The ingredient are very simple:
10 peeled tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 peeled chopped cucumber
2 tsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
Blend all the ingredient until smooth.
Pour in a large bowl, add parsley, olive oil. Wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Set in the refrigerator for several hours to get cold.
