Beef carpaccio

Today I decide to make my favor dish"carpaccio", with mix green salad.
I love this dish, and is very easy.
I just cut very thin slice beef tenderloin , I drizzle my special sauce made with musters , mayo and fresh lemon, salt and pepper, few capers for garnish and few piece of parmigiano crostini. Believe me is very taste dish and I hope you enjoy too.
