Deliciousness mini cheesecake

--> I love cheesecake, so today I decide to make nice and sweet bites.... I can wait to enjoy ......
Is very easy recipe :

2. 8 once cream cheese softened,
3/4 c. Sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash lemon zest
Mini bulla wafer
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Line up mini baking cup and place a mini nilla wafer face up inside each one.
Scoop mixture onto wafer
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Refrigerate.
Once chilled, scoop cherry pie filling a top each mini cheesecake.
Chill again.
