Mushroom chicken scaloppine

Hi,how are you?
This morning I was spoke with my mom in Italy and she tell me what she cook last nite.....same good ....!!!"mushroom scaloppine".The recipe is easy, in just 20 minutes you can have good Italian dish.
Usually we use " veal" but today I have only chicken breast in the house so I use that.

The ingredient are:
4 slice chicken breast
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cup chop.Mushroom
1 tbsp chop. Garlic
2 tbsp chop. Parsley
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter

Let start:
over medium heat add : tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter to pan; add garlic, mushroom and cook for 10 minutes or until mushroom are tender; add parsley , heavy cream, salt, pepper and cook 2 minutes.
Place the chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; pound. Add salt, pepper and put the chicken in the flour.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken to pan; cook 6 minutes, turning light brown on all sides.
Remove the chicken from pan, add the mushroom on, and the remaining chopped parsley on.
